About Us

The firm came into existence in July,1986 under the name & style of R C Bansal & Associates and continued so until 31st March’2013. The name of the firm was, thereafter, changed from R C Bansal & Associates to Bansal Agarwal & Co. w.e.f. 30th April 2013. The Firm has handled various jobs ranging from Book-keeping,Account Maintenance, Statutory audits , CAG audit,Tax audit,Internal audit , Stock audit,Fixed assets verification , Direct Tax matters, Indirect tax matters , Corporate law matters, FDI/FEMA related issues, Audit of retiral trust funds- Gratuity, Superannuation Benefit & Provident Fund of PSUs and so on. The clientele includes good number of corporate entities both Private & public limited cos.

The Firm has also conducted statutory branch audits of Public sector as well as Pvt. Sector Bank.

Besides, the firm is also involved in the Audit of a considerable number of sole Proprietary/ Partnership firms/NGOs/Societies etc. The firm also undertakes regular/periodical compliances under various statutes namely Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Service Tax, Company law on retainer ship basis.

The Firm has got a separate law firm headed by Rohit Bansal , Advocate ,who specialises in representational matters before NCLT/DRT and High Court. The Corporate practice at the Firm is handled by professionals with considerable experiance in diverse areas such as Mergers,Acquisitions,Investments,Joint Ventures,Asset purchase and Business transfers,Shareholder agreements etc. The Firm along with its sister concern - Rohit Bansal & Associates is able to support client needs ranging from Due diligence ( Pre and post investment/merger),Foreign investment related advice & assistance,Company formation,India Entry legal issues including representation before various authorities including Courts.
